Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, operations, or a related field
- Two (2) years of customer-facing or support experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of effective sales and account management principles
- Skills in sales program administration, policies, and procedures
- Methods for resolving customer issues and sales-related challenges
- Understanding of testing services, equipment, and processes
- Computer systems related to sales and customer management
- Effective communication practices for customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to various audiences
