• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope definition, project planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management. • Aligning with multiple internal stakeholders and business leads on delivery timelines, quarterly plans, and prioritisation across concurrent initiatives. • Act as a single point of truth across all payments and risk-related projects, ensuring clear communication and consistent updates across teams. • Managing epics, labels, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across engineering and product teams. • Coordinating testing milestones and ensuring alignment across teams prior to releases. • Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and third-party providers. • Aligning with clients on setup, configuration, MVP scoping, and onboarding requirements, including credential requests. • Coordinating with 3rd party providers and external clients on integrations, configuration, credential management, and certification processes. • Working closely with Account Managers on new client requests, ensuring clear delivery timelines and execution plans. • Leading and supporting key rollout initiatives. • Identifying and managing risks and dependencies across projects to ensure successful delivery. • Planning governance, quality assurance processes, and supporting tools. • Creating and maintaining clear, structured project documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in iGaming or online payments.
- Proven hands-on track record delivering payments, risk, or regulatory-related projects in the iGaming sector.
- Experience working with PSPs, fraud tools, and KYC/AML systems.
- Ability to operate across multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and providers) simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with APIs, payment integrations, and payment processing flows.
- Solid understanding of change, risk, and quality management principles.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Network Deployment Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Network Deployment Program and Project Managers across the full lifecycle of network rollout projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
