Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Network Deployment Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Network Deployment Program and Project Managers across the full lifecycle of network rollout projects from initiation through to successful delivery. The role requires a working knowledge of networking concepts, the ability to work cross-functionally across departments, and clear communication up and down the organizational structure. Key Responsibilities - Support the Project Manager and Program with end-to-end project management for Network Deployment initiatives, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Execute small to midsize project workstreams with Project Manager oversight. - Help track project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. - Support entry and execution of detailed project plans while meeting EOS program process standards (Jira tickets, other EOS tools) to ensure schedules are met within program SLAs. - Support project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing site situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed. - Provide proactive support across the many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment, including surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments. - Involvement in risk assessments and support of program mitigation strategies to drive project success. - Assist with communication and accountability of internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to optimize resource utilization and timely task delivery. - Support PM, project, and program procurement and logistics for equipment, materials, and service needs. - Assist program tracking of project progress and KPIs, communicating status updates and actionable insights to Project Managers. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams, serving as liaison between technical and non-technical contributors in internal, client, and vendor or subcontractor organizations. - Assist the Project Manager and program in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial documentation in partnership with finance teams. - Apply and uphold project coordinator best practices, task deployment, and tools to drive project success. - Assist with project closure activities including handover documentation, ongoing activity transfer, post-project reviews on PMO task execution, and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. - Support collaboration with facilities and construction teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Travel to project sites when requested to learn or oversee activities and provide hands-on support. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of hands-on Network Deployment project coordinator or project management experience. - Solid working knowledge of networking concepts. - 2+ years of overall project support experience. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Use of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira). - 1+ years of experience in procurement and task delivery for complex or large volume projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. - Adaptability to dynamic environments and evolving project requirements. - Proven self-starter operating with minimal supervision. Desirable Criteria - Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience. - Project Management Certification. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, eazyBI, and Tableau. - Experience supporting network deployment projects in enterprise environments such as branch networks, corporate offices, or data centers. - Knowledge of construction project workflows and integration with network infrastructure. - Experience working in a global or multi-site project delivery environment. - Experience in a heavy task-driven environment, meeting critical deadlines while supporting Project Managers and project teams with incoming tasks. - Possess time management while managing multiple tasks in a working environment. - High sense of urgency.
