• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients • Partner closely with the Client Director to shape the strategic direction of projects and clearly communicate that vision across disciplines • Drive full-cycle project management across a variety of engagements in branding, websites, packaging, content creation, and beyond • Translate creative ideas into executable plans, managing scope, budgets, and resources with both rigor and flexibility • Act as the voice of the business to help navigate complex client feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving scopes • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans that keep projects on track and relationships intact
Job Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in project management within a creative agency or consultancy environment
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex creative projects across disciplines
- Demonstrated success in working with clients; you're persuasive, calm, and always prepared
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you know how to bring clients along the journey
- Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with grace and clarity
- Strong strategic instincts; you understand how creative work drives business goals and can help clients see the same
- Experience with scoping, resourcing, and budget management, with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to constraints.
