• Design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data • Develop drug supply planning strategy and overall management of supplies for clinical studies • Manage clinical supply planning and forecasting for study protocols • Serve as member of clinical study team and/or clinical drug supply team, as assigned • Interpret relevant protocol information to develop packaging/labeling design and/or global distribution strategy • Support design and set-up of IRT system • Support financial planning for global clinical supplies, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities for clinical trials and pharmaceutical development pipeline • Coordinate the origination, proofing and translation of clinical study labels, as required • Monitor global clinical supply inventory at the clinical site level for both IRT and traditional studies via tracking of specific milestone dates and adjusting drug distribution plan accordingly • Coordinate drug supply delivery timelines with Clinical, packaging source area(s), and indirectly with GMP laboratories, QA and Regulatory Affairs, as required • Maintain close communications with all internal-chain groups to ensure the adequate supply of clinical supplies throughout the duration of a clinical trial • Serve as ‘consultant’ for managers throughout the organization on issues related to clinical supplies and project management

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients • Partner closely with the Client Director to shape the strategic direction of projects and clearly communicate that vision across disciplines • Drive full-cycle project management across a variety of engagements in branding, websites, packaging, content creation, and beyond • Translate creative ideas into executable plans, managing scope, budgets, and resources with both rigor and flexibility • Act as the voice of the business to help navigate complex client feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving scopes • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans that keep projects on track and relationships intact

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope definition, project planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management. • Aligning with multiple internal stakeholders and business leads on delivery timelines, quarterly plans, and prioritisation across concurrent initiatives. • Act as a single point of truth across all payments and risk-related projects, ensuring clear communication and consistent updates across teams. • Managing epics, labels, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across engineering and product teams. • Coordinating testing milestones and ensuring alignment across teams prior to releases. • Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and third-party providers. • Aligning with clients on setup, configuration, MVP scoping, and onboarding requirements, including credential requests. • Coordinating with 3rd party providers and external clients on integrations, configuration, credential management, and certification processes. • Working closely with Account Managers on new client requests, ensuring clear delivery timelines and execution plans. • Leading and supporting key rollout initiatives. • Identifying and managing risks and dependencies across projects to ensure successful delivery. • Planning governance, quality assurance processes, and supporting tools. • Creating and maintaining clear, structured project documentation.

• Support the Project Manager and Program with end-to-end project management for Network Deployment initiatives, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Execute small to midsize project workstreams with Project Manager oversight • Help track project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Support entry and execution of detailed project plans while meeting EOS program process standards (Jira tickets, other EOS tools) to ensure schedules are met within program SLAs • Support project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing site situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed • Provide proactive support across the many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment, including surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments • Involvement in risk assessments and support of program mitigation strategies to drive project success • Assist with communication and accountability of internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to optimize resource utilization and timely task delivery • Support PM, project, and program procurement and logistics for equipment, materials, and service needs • Assist program tracking of project progress and KPIs, communicating status updates and actionable insights to Project Managers • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams, serving as liaison between technical and non-technical contributors in internal, client, and vendor or subcontractor organizations • Assist the Project Manager and program in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial documentation in partnership with finance teams • Apply and uphold project coordinator best practices, task deployment, and tools to drive project success • Assist with project closure activities including handover documentation, ongoing activity transfer, post-project reviews on PMO task execution, and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement • Support collaboration with facilities and construction teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards • Travel to project sites when requested to learn or oversee activities and provide hands-on support
