Creative Project Coordinator

• The Creative Project Coordinator is the connective tissue of our creative team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and work organized. • This role is responsible for trafficking creative tickets, managing the proof review process in PageProof, supporting our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, and serving as a responsive, service-minded liaison between creative, marketing, and sales. • Duties include receiving, reviewing, and organizing incoming creative Jira tickets, managing proofs, supporting DAM, performing basic design edits, and administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination, creative operations, or marketing support role; internship experience in a creative or agency environment is welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a genuine customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira; willingness to become a power user quickly.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator) for light production and editing tasks.
  • Experience with or interest in DAM platforms, proofing tools like PageProof, or similar creative workflow software.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment alongside a collaborative team.
  • Experience in promotional products, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus but not required.
