Specialty Equipment Manager
Alcon
• Drive face-to-face sales efforts for high-value clinical equipment such as Voyager™ DSLT and Valeda® Light Delivery System in both specialty and general ophthalmic clinics. • Promote the adoption of treatment packages associated with the equipment (e.g., Voyager™ DSLT and Valeda® Light Delivery System) to maximize account value and patient benefit. • Develop clinic workflow strategies to optimize productivity through Valeda® patient pack and Voyager™ consumable pull-through • Identify strategic opportunities within accounts and execute tailored sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to support product adoption and sustained usage. • Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and hands-on demonstrations that highlight clinical and economic value. • Provide post-sale training and support to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and service teams to support promotional efforts and customer success. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using Salesforce and related tools. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Alcon’s offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Sales experience, preferably in ophthalmology, capital sales, and/or clinic-based environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory (up to 35%)

Summary: As Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will design and refine pricing and packaging strategies that deliver customer value and drive profitable revenue growth for DFIN. • Act as the single point of contact for daily FM services across single or multiple sites, coordinating delivery of maintenance and repair services for assigned Customer facilities • Matrix-manage technical, administrative, and delivery staff with overall responsibility for performance of all resources deployed within FM scope • Collaborate with provider management to define scope and coordinate supplier walk-throughs for new opportunities • Monitor SLAs across all assigned facilities to identify potential challenges or necessary corrective actions, applying industry best practices • Manage corrective and reactive work orders from initiation to completion, maintaining communication with Customer landlords, managed contracts, contractors, and site personnel • Develop strong Customer relationships with key representatives, supporting facility management goals and objectives through effective communication and SLA reporting • Track hours and obtain approval for Not-To-Exceed (NTE) work, providing oversight of Customer invoices to ensure proper management and approval • Conduct quarterly account reviews and seek continuous improvement in processes, systems, and overall customer satisfaction • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations with minimal disruption to client environment • Compile and analyze estimates to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness for all bids, establishing extra revenue goals to meet budget targets • Participate in after-hours call rotation for dispatching and following up on emergencies.
