• Partner with the Regional Director to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and other leaders • Build strong teams by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development • Support succession planning and talent development across assigned kitchens • Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locations • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, food safety standards, and operational expectations • Monitor execution and coach teams to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and customer experience • Conduct regular kitchen visits and operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Partner with Kitchen Managers to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, labor, food cost, and profitability • Review operational metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement • Support the successful execution of company initiatives, training programs, and operational rollouts
• Run multi-state payroll on a recurring cycle, ensuring accurate wage calculations • Own the full accounts payable cycle: vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations • Maintain compliance across all kitchen locations • Manage payroll tax filings and registrations as we expand into new states • Build and maintain spreadsheet-based tools and trackers • Reconcile payroll and AP accounts during monthly close • Identify inefficiencies in our current processes and drive improvements • Respond to employee payroll questions with care and accuracy
• Recruit for BOH kitchen roles (Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers) • Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Maintain strong attention to detail across candidate communication and tracking • Communicate proactively and clearly with candidates and hiring partners • Adjust sourcing strategies when market conditions change • Consistently hit weekly and monthly hiring goals
• Own cross-functional project management by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX. • Build and refine operational systems that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported. • Track metrics, workflows, and deliverables to keep priorities moving forward at speed. • Manage communication rhythms by synthesizing updates, risks, and decisions that keep leadership and teams aligned. • Ensure kitchens have what they need (equipment, tools, materials) and resolve issues with urgency. • Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. • Contribute to team operations, onboarding, culture moments, and logistics.
