• Support EMEA compensation and benefits activities in line with global philosophy and guidelines • Respond to compensation and benefits-related inquiries from HR Partners and managers with guidance aligned to established guidelines • Partner with TA and HR Partners to provide support in hiring decisions, compensation offers, job evaluation and leveling, and other business-related compensation activities • Collaborate with benefits brokers and HR Partners to support benefits renewals, benchmarking, and benefits-related data analysis • Support compensation and benefits projects, including the implementation of pay transparency initiatives • Partner with HR to ensure compensation programs, structures, and practices align with evolving EMEA regulatory requirements and internal equity standards • Support the development of compensation and benefits programs, identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement • Prepare compensation reports and dashboards, and conduct internal equity analysis • Conduct data audits to ensure accurate tracking and overall data integrity • Provide support for the annual compensation review process (merit, bonus, etc.) • Work with HRIS teams to test system changes and address issues before implementation

• Support pricing strategy by monitoring and updating rental rates across the US and Canada • Manage reporting processes by generating daily and weekly insights on sales, inventory, and performance metrics • Liaise with cross-functional teams including fleet, sales, and operations • Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and internal documentation • Analyze data related to vehicle features, market trends, and sales channels for pricing opportunities • Assist senior team members in pricing initiatives, market research, and distribution coordination

Role Description Position is primarily focused on development for applications used to support eight Paper Mills located throughout the United States. Environments include SQL Server and MS Windows/AD. Experience in .NET and SQL is required. Successful candidates will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced industrial environment. Some travel is involved on a project-by-project basis. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study. - Experience with the following: - VB.Net / C#, .NET framework 4+ - Source control, preferably Git - SQL Server database 2017+ - Writing SQL queries. - Creating stored procedures / functions / views - Pluses for the following experience (not required): - Web Development Experience - ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Blazor - JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS - HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap - Mobile web development Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in Windows desktop development (Windows Forms / WPF). Knowledge-Skills-Abilities - Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers. - Must exhibit excellent communication, analytical, organizational and computer skills. - Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving and detailed requirements-gathering. - Must be capable of working with ambiguity and change. Benefits - Salary range: $70,400 - $88,000. - Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. - Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan.
