Role Description This is a full-time position based on EST hours. Remote BCBAs are an important part of the Ready Set Connect leadership team. They work with the Administration and Leadership teams to maintain the culture, professionalism, and clinical excellence of Gersh and RSC. They will support the company in reaching long-term goals of expanding business opportunities while providing high-quality services for the children and families we serve. - Use appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans that reflect the outcomes and objectives identified in the treatment plan. - Conduct Skills and Functional Behavior Assessments remotely. - Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all insurance certification and other requirements, and meet or exceed professional standards. - Provide telehealth supervision, training, and observations to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates as designated by the Site Director and RSC policies. - Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventions. - Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies as requested and secured for contract services. - Participate in telehealth parent meetings as determined by approved hours. - Maintain all required continuing education requirements relevant to certification, and annual RSC trainings to include Safety Care and HIPAA training. - Ensure that all health information is secure and protected in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA. - Complete 30 hours of billable supervision, parent trainings, and assessments per week that are approved through insurance companies and schools. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. - Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, also known as BACB. - Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis, including general behavioral assessment and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis. - Ability to work with various technology, including Rethink ABA Data System and Microsoft Office 365. - Ability to work with a high level of independence, prioritizing tasks and goals set for self and others. - Clinical experience with telehealth services through insurance companies preferred. - Knowledge of insurance-based ABA services and documentation requirements preferred. - 3–5 years in the field of ABA preferred. Requirements - Physical strength/endurance to participate in the following activities when necessary: - Sitting for long periods of time to conduct supervision of therapists and clients remotely. - Assisting in directing staff remotely in Safety Care procedures during escalations. - Lifting/carrying of objects/items weighing up to 25 pounds. - Standing/walking/sitting on the floor/climbing stairs as required. - Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm with flexibility. Weekend hours as needed on a site-by-site basis. Flexibility to cover hours at other sites as needed. Direct Reports - BCBAs are responsible for the clinical services of the children who attend RSC. They oversee all the staff’s implementation of the programming and behavior plans for the children on their caseload. - Remote BCBAs provide supervision, training, feedback, and clinical guidance to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with RSC policies, client needs, and BACB standards. • Support Client Growth Across Analytics & Retail Media • Assist the commercial lead in identifying opportunities in both traditional analytics and retail media by preparing materials, conducting background research, and helping position Circana’s solutions for client needs. • Translate Data & Retail Media Insights Into Simple, Actionable Takeaways • Work with senior team members to interpret shopper, sales, and retail media performance data and help craft clear stories that support client conversations and commercial proposals. • Contribute to the Sales Process (Analytics + Retail Media) • Support key steps in the sales cycle—including prospecting research, preparing needs assessments, assisting with proposals, and contributing to follow-ups for both analytics programs and retail media opportunities. • Collaborate Across Teams • Partner closely with Client Insights, Product, Retail Media Measurement, and Analytics to gather inputs, validate numbers, and help deliver cohesive client solutions. • Build Foundational Retail Media & Industry Knowledge • Develop understanding of retail, CPG, and retail media trends—such as audience strategy, activation, measurement, and cross‑channel dynamics—to strengthen client discussions and improve solution alignment. • Maintain & Strengthen Client Relationships • Help manage ongoing communication through meeting prep, capturing notes and action items, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely responses across analytics and retail media conversations.

• The contractor will support coverage across markets in Europe, working as part of our Europe team. • Contribute to the work of FrontierView’s macroeconomic analysis team and to develop further insights into economic, political, and business research in a dynamic region. • Support executives on key strategic and planning decisions. • Inform critical business decisions in Europe. • Conduct ongoing research and continuous market coverage of FrontierView’s European portfolio. • Conduct macroeconomic, business, political analysis, and produce macroeconomic forecasts for a select set of markets. • Create, maintain, and pressure test views on major issues relating to their markets. • Present FrontierView’s outlook to senior executives at large multinational organizations.
