• Manages small to intermediate-sized projects or multiple parts of larger more complex projects with an increasing amount of responsibility. • Participates in a variety of data collection activities, e.g. note taking, transcribing, field-based observation and interviews. • Organizes data using appropriate tools, e.g., Excel, R, Python, SPSS. • Performs a wide range of analytical tasks, data handling and analyses. • Provides oversight and guidance to junior staff on expected data handling and analysis methods. • Beginning to represent the firm by participating in public hearings, presentations and meetings with clients and partners. • Acts as a mentor to junior staff, doing just-in-time coaching on various skills needed to advance.

• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Oversee project delivery to meet client expectations. • Lead contingency planning and issue mitigation (e.g., difficult client conversations). • Assist in developing project roadmaps. • Perform project-related tasks. • Identify growth opportunities with existing client organizations and build new client relationships. • Understand client needs and contribute to solution development. • Maintain knowledge and information about industry trends and best practices to contribute valuable insights to clients and RSG's planning processes. • Participate in activities/industry events to advance the RSG brand. • Lead project teams to execute consulting engagements on-time and on-budget with RSG's high standard for delivery. • Contribute insights to project strategies, considering client objectives and industry trends. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. • Actively participate in recruitment, selection, managing, mentoring, and developing staff.

• Managing Consultants are subject matter experts who plan and manage small teams responsible for complex and large-scale project portfolios. • They are responsible for the performance of the team and growth of existing portfolios. • Lead multiple project teams in executing consulting engagements on time and on budget. • Build and maintain relationships with clients. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, Django dashboards, and data pipelines supporting production systems • Lead and improve backend architecture and database schema design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) for performance and scalability • Apply and uphold modern software engineering best practices, including version control, test-driven development (TDD), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment and environment management, adherence to security and privacy standards, and the effective use of AI-assisted coding tools • Collaborate with front-end and mobile teams (JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Angular, Capacitor) to deliver end-to-end solutions • Maintain and monitor production applications using Azure cloud services • Contribute to system observability and reliability, optimizing logging, alerts, and telemetry (Sentry, Grafana) • Apply AI-assisted software development techniques responsibly, staying current with emerging tools while ensuring code quality, security, privacy, maintainability, and compliance with organizational standards • Leverage generative AI to improve development efficiency and deliver new value across internal tools and client-facing systems, applying sound engineering judgment and appropriate human oversight • Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and work independently to resolve issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and estimation, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets • Document architecture and workflows and provide technical mentorship to junior developers • Continuously research and integrate new technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and developer productivity • Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing • Represent the software engineering team to provide technical guidance and support • Follow IT resource and policy standards.

• Analyze pricing data, cost structures, and staffing scenarios to support proposal development, renewals, and contract modifications. • Develop and maintain pricing and cost models to support RFP/RFQ responses, renewals, and contract modifications. • Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Operations, and proposal teams to ensure pricing inputs align with engagement strategy and approved rate structures. • Review contract terms and conditions for compliance with pricing policies. • Provide timely and accurate pricing analyses and recommendations for leadership and proposal team review. • Ensure pricing documentation and analyses align with client, contractual, and regulatory pricing requirements. • Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership. • Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing templates, tools, and documentation standards.
