Senior Analyst, Acoustics
RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc.
• Manages small to intermediate-sized projects or multiple parts of larger more complex projects with an increasing amount of responsibility. • Participates in a variety of data collection activities, e.g. note taking, transcribing, field-based observation and interviews. • Organizes data using appropriate tools, e.g., Excel, R, Python, SPSS. • Performs a wide range of analytical tasks, data handling and analyses. • Provides oversight and guidance to junior staff on expected data handling and analysis methods. • Beginning to represent the firm by participating in public hearings, presentations and meetings with clients and partners. • Acts as a mentor to junior staff, doing just-in-time coaching on various skills needed to advance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's degree in relevant acoustical field of study.
- 4 to 6 years of professional acoustical experience, prior experience with research methods.
- Strong analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and flexible.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work on a timeline.
- Outstanding writing, communication, and teaming skills with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in or strong aptitude for working with data and conducting analyses using statistical packages, databases and spreadsheets, e.g. SPSS, Python, SQL, R, and/or Excel.
- Familiarity with applicable national and international monitoring and calculating acoustics standards.
- Experience conducting interior and exterior sound level measurements.
- Software tools (such as CadnaA, SoundPlan, and ArcGIS).

Role Description This is a full-time position based on EST hours. Remote BCBAs are an important part of the Ready Set Connect leadership team. They work with the Administration and Leadership teams to maintain the culture, professionalism, and clinical excellence of Gersh and RSC. They will support the company in reaching long-term goals of expanding business opportunities while providing high-quality services for the children and families we serve. - Use appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans that reflect the outcomes and objectives identified in the treatment plan. - Conduct Skills and Functional Behavior Assessments remotely. - Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all insurance certification and other requirements, and meet or exceed professional standards. - Provide telehealth supervision, training, and observations to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates as designated by the Site Director and RSC policies. - Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventions. - Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies as requested and secured for contract services. - Participate in telehealth parent meetings as determined by approved hours. - Maintain all required continuing education requirements relevant to certification, and annual RSC trainings to include Safety Care and HIPAA training. - Ensure that all health information is secure and protected in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA. - Complete 30 hours of billable supervision, parent trainings, and assessments per week that are approved through insurance companies and schools. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. - Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, also known as BACB. - Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis, including general behavioral assessment and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis. - Ability to work with various technology, including Rethink ABA Data System and Microsoft Office 365. - Ability to work with a high level of independence, prioritizing tasks and goals set for self and others. - Clinical experience with telehealth services through insurance companies preferred. - Knowledge of insurance-based ABA services and documentation requirements preferred. - 3–5 years in the field of ABA preferred. Requirements - Physical strength/endurance to participate in the following activities when necessary: - Sitting for long periods of time to conduct supervision of therapists and clients remotely. - Assisting in directing staff remotely in Safety Care procedures during escalations. - Lifting/carrying of objects/items weighing up to 25 pounds. - Standing/walking/sitting on the floor/climbing stairs as required. - Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm with flexibility.
