Role Description We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our Project Management Office and lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects. This role demands a results-oriented professional with strong command over cost and budget management, delivery excellence, and a proven track record of driving outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities - Delivery & Financial Management - Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects spanning Azure cloud, data platforms, AI solutions, and enterprise integration initiatives. - Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans, including detailed budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and financial forecasts. - Drive cost-effective delivery outcomes by optimizing resource utilization, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining strict budget adherence. - Conduct regular budget reviews with stakeholders, providing clear financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights. - Proactively manage risk, scope, and change with particular focus on financial implications and delivery impact. - Manage change requests with strict adherence to financial impact assessment and approval protocols, ensuring all variations are properly documented and authorized. - Stakeholder & Client Management - Work closely with clients, internal consulting teams, and Microsoft to ensure project success and client satisfaction. - Manage multi-stakeholder engagements across technical and business domains, navigating ambiguity and organizational change. - Communicate confidently and effectively with engineers, business users, and C-level stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations around scope, budget, and delivery timelines. - Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead and mentor Agile delivery squads, fostering high-performance team culture. - Influence and evolve internal delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. - Contribute to the internal PMO capability uplift through development of templates, processes, and delivery standards. - Share knowledge and lessons learned to strengthen organizational project delivery maturity. Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience delivering technical projects in consulting (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS etc). - Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks with demonstrated ability to apply the right approach for each context. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can build structure quickly and adapt plans in fast-paced environments. - Comfortable managing scope, change and risk in high-value, multi-party projects. - Communicate confidently with engineers, business users, and C-level stakeholders. - Looking to make a real impact inside a high-performance, growth-minded firm.
