Network Development Analyst – Mid-level

• Work on the development, integration, and maintenance of automation solutions that support engineering and operations workflows, contributing to the efficient, secure, and reliable delivery of technology services, with emphasis on network environments and services. • Promote automation, standardization, observability, and continuous improvement of technical processes, integrating network engineering, infrastructure, security, monitoring, and operations teams. • Create and maintain automations, API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, scripts, technical documentation, and monitoring and observability mechanisms, supporting service provisioning, environment security, and the continuous evolution of engineering and operations practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; Telecommunications Engineering; Computer Science; Information Systems; Computer Networks; or related technology or telecommunications fields.
- Practical experience in activities related to DevOps, automation of network and infrastructure services, system integration, Linux environment support, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional experience at a mid-level, demonstrating the autonomy to carry out moderately complex tasks, collaborate with different teams, and propose technical improvements.
- Experience with Git, code versioning, pull/merge requests, branches, change reviews, and repository organization best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools, especially Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Experience with Python, Bash, and JavaScript for task automation, system integration, file manipulation, API consumption, error handling, and operational routines.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of data serialization formats, especially JSON, YAML, and XML.
- Practical knowledge of Linux: command line, permissions, services, logs, processes, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of security best practices, secure development, OWASP Top 10, password management, access control, and pipeline security.
- Knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Understanding of the three pillars of observability: metrics, events, logs, and traces.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, operational procedures, diagrams, and deployment records.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing, IP addressing, firewall concepts, VPNs, and basic/intermediate troubleshooting.
- Technical English for reading documentation, troubleshooting, and basic technical writing.

Role Description We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Underwriter to join our Trade Credit team based remotely nationwide. Under technical direction and within underwriting authority, reviews complex risks to determine acceptance of an application. The Senior Underwriter determines selection or rejection of new and/or renewal business using underwriting rules and guidelines, manual rating rules, and insurance laws and regulations. Analyzes quality and quantity of risks written and prepares reports accordingly. Monitors and evaluates results of assigned producers and assigned territory. Recommends and implements action plans for improvement of underwriting results for assigned producers and assigned territory. May act as a coach/mentor to newer or less-experienced underwriters and assistants.
