• Independently — and with our team — investigate complex business problems using a combination of structured and unstructured datasets and analytical tools • Identify, collect, scrape, store, pre-process, manipulate, merge, model, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Develop scalable analytical workflows and automate processes that improve the efficiency, repeatability, and speed of insight delivery • Use Python and modern AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype analyses • Identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities across healthcare and marketing datasets • Translate complex analyses into clear, story-driven insights and data visualizations tailored to all partners • Collaborate with strategists, creative, account, engagement managers, other analysts, and leadership teams • Operate with ownership, curiosity, and accountability
Job Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or related quantitative fields
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, and automation
- Database and cloud platform fluency for data management (SQL, AWS)
- Experience working with large and different datasets
- Experience building scalable analytical workflows and automating repetitive processes
- Search, social, longitudinal, geographic, digital behavior, media, web traffic, NLP datasets and relational databases
- Healthcare and pharmaceutical data is strongly preferred: claims, patient-level, referral, Salesforce notes, syndicated, promotional, market research, web visit, and email data
- Statistical modeling (Marketing mix marketing, multi-touch attribution)
- Customer Segmentation and Clustering
- Forecasting and Trend analysis
- Geographic analysis
