• Partner with the Chief of Staff to develop high-impact communications • Create organizational announcements, leadership messaging, and key updates • Develop executive-ready presentations and narratives for internal and external audiences • Own the internal CS communications strategy, calendar, and execution of CS All Hands meetings • Drive CS-wide communications including newsletters, Slack messaging, and organizational updates • Lead CS employee engagement initiatives • Develop compelling presentations and talking points for CS leaders • Own CS-wide updates for Daily Briefings, Town Halls, and cross-functional readouts • Drive visibility of Customer Success through internal storytelling • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leaders to plan targeted communications to existing customers
Job Requirements
- 6–7+ years of professional experience in communications
- Proven track record specifically supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations
- Direct experience working with revenue-generating teams and a strong understanding of their unique operating cadence and priorities
- Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and various communication platforms (Slack, LinkedIn)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

Role Description The CareIQ Scheduling Coordinator provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and claims management by scheduling ancillary healthcare appointments. This role operates with a high focus on accuracy and urgency to ensure that appointments are scheduled quickly in alignment with the claimant and customer needs. This is a remote position but for continuity of business with our management team, candidate needs to reside and work in the Central or Eastern time zones.
