• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, system design, testing, data migration, and successful go-live execution • Manage full HRIS implementation project lifecycle, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and change management planning • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure the HRIS aligns with organizational needs and long-term people strategy • Oversee system administration post-implementation, including user access management, security roles, and ongoing system configuration • Ensure ongoing HRIS data integrity through audits, governance standards, and data quality controls across all HR modules • Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reporting and analytics, including dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc leadership requests • Continuously improve HR processes by identifying automation opportunities, configuring workflows, and enhancing system functionality • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure effective system adoption • Manage integrations between HRIS and other company systems (e.g., ATS, finance, benefits) and coordinate vendor relationships and upgrades • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and audit requirements while supporting internal and external audit requests

• Provide monitoring results for strategy changes relative to expected outcomes • Adhere to and maintain alignment between model changes and strategy updates • Support collaboration with strategy owners to define KPIs, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools for strategy monitoring • Prepare inputs for strategy risk reports, audit reviews, and regulatory requests, ensuring traceability and completeness of monitoring evidence. • Work cross functionally with strategy leads to support their analytics of strategies and models • Support business leaders in driving timely course corrections due to execution gaps or divergence from strategic targets. • Perform segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation to evaluate strategy impact. • Adhere to governance principles over strategic initiative reviews and reporting cycles. • Leverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python to monitor trends and deliver insights that influence strategic recalibration. • Maintain awareness of internal control and regulatory standards. • Prepare inputs for mode/strategy risk reports, audit reviews, and regulatory requests, ensuring traceability and completeness of monitoring evidence. • Participate in cross-functional working sessions to evaluate monitoring outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Role Description As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Truck Freight imports are cleared for entry into Canada. - Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database. - Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone. - Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications - Clearance & Rating experience required. - High School Diploma required. - Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing ground shipments. - Proficiency in MS Office and database skills. - Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required. - Accuracy and attention to detail is required. - CCS designation is an asset. - Must have Custom Import Analyst Experience. • Assist team on a smooth end-to-end billing process • Assist with any new RCM payer implementations • Assist with communication to Omada’s clearinghouse on new connections and any claims management issues • Participate in cross-functional efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of RCM systems and processes • Identify and propose enhancements to workflows based on data, trends, and user feedback • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new or updated RCM processes to ensure accuracy and compliance • Work with payers to integrate with Omada’s unique billing model and educate internal stakeholders • Maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for RCM workflows • Ensure all policies, procedures and initiatives are handled in a HIPAA-compliant fashion • Respond to operational questions across email, Slack, and ticketing tools • Ensure cross-functional teams have the support they need to complete requests • Investigate, document, and follow up on denials and underpayments • Investigate, document, and execute refunds • Assist with achieving team Accounts Receivable and Bad Debt Reserve goals • Perform weekly bank and claim reconciliation • Complete monthly revenue integrity checks • Complete recurring work queues on a monthly basis
