• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 80–100 calls per day. • Manage and nurture leads through the entire outreach lifecycle via HubSpot CRM. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and engage with key stakeholders. • Set 5–7 qualified appointments per week for the sales team. • Execute multi-channel sequences involving professional email follow-ups and social selling. • Overcome objections, navigate gatekeepers, and creatively pitch the value of our direct placement services. • Maintain meticulous records of all activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR specifically within the Staffing industry.
  • Direct placement sales experience is mandatory (this is a sales role, not a recruiting role).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and appointment-setting targets.
  • Must be located in the US and able to work in the Eastern Timezone.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to "think on your feet" during cold calls.
  • Experience with lead generation and managing complex email sequences.
  • A resilient mindset with a high tolerance for rejection.
  • Experience refining or polishing sales processes in a maturing business environment.
  • Knowledge of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models.
