Data Analyst – Customer Success
Viaduct
• Support the Customer Success Analytics team by providing technical expertise to Engagement Managers • Answer analytics questions and improve the code base • Learn about Viaduct’s history and mission • Get to know every team member • Understand Viaduct’s system architecture • Deep dive into the nuances of vehicle data • Attend our weekly company-wide meeting and engineering tech talk • Understand the product roadmap and the pain-points of our customers • Contribute new features to the product • Refactor code, improve test coverage, or automate a manual process during an engineering hack day • Develop rapport with the customers that you support • Support customers on a daily basis to deliver value • Improve the onboarding process for future hires • Present about yourself at the company-wide meeting and showcase your work at the engineering tech talk • Become involved in the recruiting process and help find more amazing people
Job Requirements
- Experience owning a project from design to implementation
- 3-6 years working as a full-time data analyst
- Ability to analyze data, answer questions, and summarize results
- Proficient in Python
- Comfortable exploring and answering questions with data and SQL
- Build analytic dashboards to help customers understand their data
- Analyzing data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns in order to drive value for the customer
- Validating customer concerns and developing solutions, responses, or recommendations
- Experience with time series data analysis on large amount of data
- Working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries
- Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework
- Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) a plus and a huge differentiator
- Automotive or telematics data experience a plus
