Role Description This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join OCS's compliance function as a Data Protection Analyst. Working closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the wider Data Protection & Compliance team, you will play an active role in supporting OCS's data protection obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. - Assist with the processing of data subject access requests (DSARs), erasure requests, and other rights requests - Maintain accurate records and logs of all requests received and actions taken - Support the review and maintenance of OCS's Records of Processing Activities - Engage with internal stakeholders to capture and update data processing information - Ensure the ROPA remains accurate, complete, and up to date - Assist in the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments for new projects, systems, and processes - Identify and escalate privacy risks in collaboration with the DPO - Support the review and update of data protection policies, notices, and procedures - Assist with the recording, investigation, and reporting of data breaches and near-misses - Assist in the review and maintenance of Vendor Questionnaires for third-party suppliers - Conduct due diligence checks on suppliers' data protection practices - Compliance - Client site audits & OCS office audits for ISO27001 compliance Qualifications - Good computer literacy skills - Experience with Microsoft tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc. - An understanding of UK GDPR and data protection awareness - High level of integrity and accountability - Good organisational skills - Ability to work autonomously - Genuinely curious about data protection, privacy law, and information governance - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion - A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn - Able to travel nationally How to Apply If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest! • Produce recurring reporting for senior leadership, including maintaining and updating Monthly Business Review (MBR) slides with company-level KPIs and narrative context. • Build, own, and continuously improve self-serve dashboards for organizations/teams. • Respond to reporting requests from Philanthropy, translating questions into clear requirements, pulling the right data, and delivering outputs on schedule. • Align on metric definitions, reconcile discrepancies, and partner with data/engineering where instrumentation or pipeline issues impact reporting. • Create lightweight analyses to add context to reporting and communicate findings in plain language. • Improve reporting workflows by templating, documenting processes, and automating repeatable tasks.

• Partner with Program Directors to understand and define data analysis requirements • Review project scopes of work and translate them into actionable task assignments • Develop data analytics strategies to support proposal (RFP) responses • Assess research and data needs to enhance transportation data analysis services • Oversee data aggregation, validation, and review processes • Interpret, translate, and present technical findings to stakeholders • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data professionals to deliver high-quality solutions • Define and execute vision, strategy, and architecture for data systems and analytics

• Conduct database analyses for all company departments • Support daily ad-hoc requests from various business units • Prepare insights from analyses to support corporate decision-making • Produce regular reports for different departments and update them as needed • Develop and build structured reports using business intelligence tools in collaboration with the relevant departments • Support the further development of a data warehouse and CRM solutions • Further develop Power BI as the company-wide BI tool • Monitor the market and identify relevant trends in data analysis and evaluation
