• Operate as the agentic AI engineering expert on the Internal Efficiencies team, collaborating closely with other engineers, data scientists, solution / product experts, and customer success leaders to deliver against user / customer deliverables • Contribute to defining agentic AI deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs • Leverage agentic AI tools on a daily basis to deliver code and create solutions against customer / user requirements • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Internal Efficiencies team members as well as engineering subject-matter experts across Viaduct • Work with customer success and solution / product team members to scope user/customer needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions • Deliver against deliverables with quality and speed, contributing new features to solutions and products, refactoring code, improving tests, automating manual processes, and owning other engineering tasks • Stay updated with the latest trends and related technologies and apply them to improve our software

• Lead and oversee customer engagement, consulting and/or analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable analytics solutions. • Collaborate and provide expert guidance to the product, engineering and data science teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ensure the alignment of analytics projects with business value. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, prioritize actions, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and customers, effectively communicating complex data insight resulting in business value. • Develop strategy and lead execution of customer engagement extensions and renewals. • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and apply them to improve our software. • Work with customers to gather software requests and prioritize backlog with product teams.

• Act as the owner of the product roadmap and ensure the "why" behind every feature is clearly translated into technical requirements. • Masterfully structure engineering proposals, write high-quality technical tickets, and define clear acceptance criteria for developers and data scientists. • Lead daily progress meetings, run scrums, and manage sprints with precision to ensure engineering teams remain focused and bottlenecks are cleared immediately. • Directly oversee the integration of our products, ensuring they are implemented to automate complex tasks and improve manufacturing knowledge retrieval.

• Lead the hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Viaduct’s software solutions within large-scale enterprise environments. • Make critical data integration decisions and build robust connectors across a variety of data types and systems (SQL, NoSQL, APIs, etc.). • Create and support batch, incremental, and real-time data pipelines to ensure high-quality data ingestion from client systems. • Set up and deploy LLM and agentic systems in practice. You will be responsible for prompt engineering, performance testing, and iterating on agent behavior to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Establish and automate validation and cleaning processes to ensure data quality across various client integrations. • Work directly with customers across a variety of contexts to troubleshoot technical hurdles and ensure successful solution adoption.
