Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to the company’s performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Qualifications - Minimum Experience – 5 to 6 years of HR experience with at least 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. - Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business related field. - Requires knowledge of HRIS databased (ADP or similar) and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications - Multi-site location support experience a plus. - Knowledge of Canadian or Puerto Rican HR is a plus. - Master’s Degree a plus. - HR Professionals certification a plus.
