HR Operations Manager – Part Time

• Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration across contracts, registrations, HRIS and labour law topics. • Maintain and develop HR policies, processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency. • Own employee data management in the HRIS, ensuring high data quality, confidentiality and regular audits. • Own and manage payroll processes together with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Oversee time & attendance and employee benefits administration. • Act as first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, labour law and HR operations questions. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end. • Drive continuous improvement of HR operations and take ownership of smaller HR projects. • Support HR Business Partners, recruiting and people development topics when needed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll or HR Administration, preferably in a fast-growing and international environment.
- Experience in handling HR topics in Belgium, any other countries are a plus.
- Fluency in English and French OR Dutch; any other languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law and HR processes in Belgium; international payroll experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
- Structured, detail-oriented and reliable, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude towards employees and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data, reports and KPIs.
- Proactive, improvement-driven and not afraid to challenge existing processes.
