• The BI Analyst is responsible for performing data analytics that will drive improved business performance. • Designs and creates reports to deliver timely and relevant information to the business segments. • Participate in business projects that will enhance the quality of the data to be used in the visualization tool and ensure data sets utilize dimensional data wherever possible. • Update dashboard data on a regular basis and perform quality checking to ensure accuracy. • Collaborate with business owners to meet the needs of the end-user and collaborate with IT team to develop solutions. • Establish clear lines of communication between the team and end-users to ensure quality requirements gathering and customer satisfaction. • Helps develop, test, document, and support solutions to ultimately drive decisions that improve or stabilize clinical outcome, quality of care, patient safety, and financial viability of the organization.

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used by operational and business teams - Turn stakeholder needs into clear KPIs, report structures, and intuitive navigation - Create and optimize datasets: Power Query transformations, data modeling, and DAX measures - Connect to and combine data from sources like SharePoint lists/Excel and (ideally) SQL/Dataverse/other connectors - Improve report performance (model design, measure optimization, visual best practices) - Manage iterative delivery: frequent small requests, quick feedback loops, and continuous improvements - Support basic governance: workspace access, sharing, permissions, and refresh reliability (gateway/scheduled refresh if needed)

• Provides data consolidation and information collation services across all Enterprise Systems into a central repository for accurate reporting. • Develops, implements, and executes data pipelines for integration between external sources of data and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. • Uses various other ETL and reporting tools, writes code, and creates jobs for automation of tasks. • Reviews business requirements to build or modify database queries to meet the organization's needs. • Partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality design and delivery of data in support of the Foundation’s analytics needs. • Partners with Application and Technology peers to ensure accurate and efficient design of data integration and related reports and recommend new reporting strategies and application data improvements. • Performs test cases to ensure routines meet stated business objectives before moving into a production environment. • Performs analysis of data, maintains data-integration maps, and creates and performs data transformations on data, both in-place and in motion. • Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. • Analyze and synthesize data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. • Develop custom data models & algorithms and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) to support user stories and drive actionable insights. • Drive discussions on data and insights, context, and implications with business and technology partners. • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements & best practices such as automation of manual processes. • Create and maintain product-related documentation (e.g. project plans, business & technical requirement documents).
