• Provides data consolidation and information collation services across all Enterprise Systems into a central repository for accurate reporting. • Develops, implements, and executes data pipelines for integration between external sources of data and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. • Uses various other ETL and reporting tools, writes code, and creates jobs for automation of tasks. • Reviews business requirements to build or modify database queries to meet the organization's needs. • Partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality design and delivery of data in support of the Foundation’s analytics needs. • Partners with Application and Technology peers to ensure accurate and efficient design of data integration and related reports and recommend new reporting strategies and application data improvements. • Performs test cases to ensure routines meet stated business objectives before moving into a production environment. • Performs analysis of data, maintains data-integration maps, and creates and performs data transformations on data, both in-place and in motion. • Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.

Demonstrable experience working with complex, large-scale datasets, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry , with a strong understanding of Medicare data. A strategic and business-focused mindset with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives and actionable business insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
