Role Description At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. This role is part of LinkedIn’s broader effort to build and scale an in-house owned media agency, including the creation of tools that will significantly increase production speed and operational efficiency. As such, the position is structured as a 12-month contractor role. This role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization. This role is responsible for driving performance visibility, insights, and optimization across Owned channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and partners, this role plays a critical part in identifying trends, improving channel health, and informing strategic decisions to maximize marketing effectiveness. The manager will regularly share performance insights with key stakeholders through dashboards and reports, ensuring data-driven decisions across the organization. Additionally, this role will track, monitor and manage any data issues as they relate to the Owned tools and platforms. You will also define technical requirements that support automated reporting and analytics initiatives. Responsibilities - Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting views to track key metrics - Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentations - Proactively monitor and analyze performance trends, identifying both positive and concerning signals - Regularly share performance updates and insights on campaigns and horizontal initiatives with internal stakeholders, including Owned Media FTEs and BU Marketers - Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve performance and inform strategy - Manage multiple workstreams and work with Owned Leads on prioritization - Identify and recommend testing opportunities to drive incremental improvements - Take proactive action based on performance signals to optimize outcomes - Co-design mitigation strategies and optimization approaches with cross-functional teams to address underperformance Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience - 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data modeling, or enterprise reporting - 2+ years of management experience; prior experience managing offshore teams is a plus - Business fluency in English Preferred Qualifications - Advanced proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau and Power BI - Strong SQL capabilities and experience working with data lakes, warehouses, and cloud data structures - Advance understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis Skills - Data-Driven Insights - Dashboarding & Visualization - Data Accuracy & Governance - Performance Optimization - Stakeholder Influence Additional Information Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates: Please follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal .
