• Own the acquisition analytics pipeline end-to-end, building a comprehensive understanding of our growth engine • Deeply analyze funnel performance across channel, campaign, creative, audience, and geography to surface actionable optimization opportunities • Track and narrate core business drivers: CAC/CPA, conversion rates, retention, LTV, and ROI/ROAS • Architect sophisticated measurement frameworks that give a clear, reliable view of marketing performance • Develop and maintain robust Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models to properly credit every touchpoint in the customer journey • Build and deploy Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to understand the macro-level impact of our diversified spend • Drive rigorous incrementality measurement to ensure we're generating true business uplift — not just activity • Design and execute geo-tests and other experimental methodologies to validate growth hypotheses • Define success metrics and establish rigorous control groups to protect experimental integrity • Size tests for statistical significance and translate complex results into clear direction • Act as a strategic advisor to the growth team: confident scale / no-scale recommendations grounded in data • Transform complex analysis into sharp, actionable recommendations focused on measurable business impact • Present findings in business-centric language with compelling visualizations for audiences from growth teams to C-level • Proactively champion improvements in tracking infrastructure, data quality, and automated reporting • Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to align data strategy with business goals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data-heavy role
- Deep hands-on expertise with MTA and MMM methodologies — you've built these, not just consumed them
- Strong experimentation instincts: you know how to design a clean test and what to do when results are messy
- Proficient in SQL; comfortable with Python or R for modeling work
- Experience with attribution platforms, BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, or similar), and web analytics
- Able to communicate with precision to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fintech or high-growth B2C/B2B SaaS background is a strong plus
