Role Description We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our innovative team remotely. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. - Strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTA) and digital marketing strategies is a plus. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Role Description The Account Executive will support the company by providing customer-facing internal sales, quoting, CRM, and account support to the field sales team and existing customer accounts. This role will help keep the sales process moving after field appointments by coordinating quotes, following up customers, managing account enquiries, updating CRM records, and maintaining regular contact with project-based customers in a fast-moving, product-based B2B environment. - Support field sales representatives by managing customer follow-up after meetings, site visits, and sales appointments. - Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on customer quotes based on information provided by the sales team. - Respond to customer enquiries relating to quotes, order approvals, freight tracking, delivery updates, and general account support. - Act as a reliable internal point of contact for customers, helping ensure communication, quoting, and order progress move quickly. - Make outbound calls and regular check-ins with existing customers, project contacts, engineers, and other account stakeholders. - Assist with multi-contact account management by engaging with multiple stakeholders across larger project-based customer accounts. - Maintain accurate CRM records in Capsule, including customer notes, contact details, follow-up actions, account activity, and pipeline updates. - Use tools such as Capsule, ZoomInfo, and other sales or prospecting platforms to support account visibility, contact research, and sales activity. - Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests, quote updates, order progress, and account actions are completed promptly. - Work collaboratively with sales representatives and internal support teams to improve customer experience, account coverage, and sales efficiency. - Other position-level duties as they arise. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred. - Minimum 2–5+ years’ experience in internal sales, account management support, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing commercial support role. - Previous experience supporting sales representatives, account managers, or field sales teams is highly regarded. - Experience preparing, coordinating, or following up quotes, orders, customer requests, and account-related enquiries. - Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence speaking to customers by phone and email. - Comfortable making outbound calls, following up customers, checking in on existing accounts, and maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders. - Strong CRM discipline, with the ability to maintain accurate notes, contact records, activity updates, and follow-up schedules. - Experience using Capsule CRM, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM, sales enablement, or prospecting platforms is advantageous. - Experience in a product-based B2B environment such as industrial supplies, construction products, building materials, signage, print media, trade supplies, or similar is highly regarded.
