Role Description We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our innovative team remotely. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about the hospitality sector and skilled in driving sales through effective lead generation techniques. As a key member of our sales force, you will play an essential role in expanding our client base by identifying potential hotel partners and converting prospects into loyal customers. - Generate new leads and identify potential hotel clients through research and outreach initiatives. - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns. - Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - Provide feedback from clients to the product and service teams to enhance offerings and client satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. - Strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTA) and digital marketing strategies is a plus. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
