Role Description Assurer les installations, les maintenances préventives et curatives, les mises à niveau des équipements chirurgicaux, lasers et diagnostiques commercialisés par Alcon. Développer la satisfaction client par la qualité du service rendu. Vous interviendrez sur le territoire suivant : 07, 12, 15, 26, 30, 34, 43, 48, 84 (référent sur le territoire mais vous pouvez également intervenir sur d’autres secteurs en national selon les besoins du service). Missions Principales - Assurer les interventions techniques pour les appareils distribués par Alcon, principalement sur une zone géographique donnée (Secteur Sud). - Respecter les plans de maintenance commandés par les clients et maximiser la fiabilité des instruments. - Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client sur la zone géographique donnée. - Promouvoir l'implantation des contrats d'entretien en collaboration avec la Force de Ventes et le Support Clinique. - Participer à l'atteinte des résultats financiers du Service Technique et d'Alcon France. - Gérer le stock de pièces détachées dédié. - Maintenir à jour la base installée client et fournir à la Force de Ventes des opportunités commerciales. - Contribuer à la sécurité et à la surveillance des produits Alcon en transmettant tout effet indésirable et/ou plainte dont il aurait connaissance. Qualifications - Bac+2 min en Electronique/Maintenance industrielle ou équivalent. - 3 ans min d'expérience pratique du service technique avec des équipements médicaux - en ophtalmologie/optométrie serait un plus. - Bonne connaissance technique : Windows 7/8/10, Outil Microsoft : server 2012 & 2016, Office 365. - Bonne connaissance des réseaux LAN / WAN (Tcp / Ip, VLAN, STP, Routing, NAT / PAT, VPN, etc ...). - Expérience clinique/patient est un plus. - Bon niveau d’Anglais technique. - Connaissance du dépannage et de l’utilisation d’outils biométriques et diagnostiques. - Forte orientation client. - Excellente communication, tant d'un point de vue technique qu’interpersonnel. - Doit être capable de soulever et de porter 25 kg. - L'acuité visuelle et la dextérité manuelle sont nécessaires pour manipuler les outils et l'équipement afin d'accomplir les fonctions essentielles.
