Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager

Joko

• Build a world-class CRM architecture: You will take ownership of HubSpot and turn the first implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM. You will design the data model, pipeline structure, and automations that match how the B2B team actually sells and renews, and make HubSpot the single source of truth for everything B2B: clean, reliable, and trusted. • Own analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: You will build the analytics layer (in collaboration with the Data team) that gives the B2B team and leadership real-time visibility on pipeline, conversion, retention, and account health. You will design and operate client scoring models (lead scoring, account prioritization, churn risk, expansion potential) and turn raw activity data into actionable insights that surface the right opportunities and flag the right risks. • Streamline and scale B2B processes: You will audit the B2B funnel end to end (prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding, account management, renewal, expansion) and make every step simple, fast, and efficient. You will define clear handoffs, SLAs, and ownership across Sales and Account Managers, embed automation and AI wherever they create leverage, and remove what slows the team down. • Be the strategic partner of the B2B team: You will work hand in hand with the BU owners to identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and unlock the next level of performance. You will turn ambiguous questions (conversion drops, account prioritization, sales-cycle bottlenecks) into structured, data-backed analyses and clear recommendations, and lay the groundwork to scale RevOps as a function over the next 12 to 24 months.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: You have 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, with hands-on exposure to a fast-growing B2B environment.
  • CRM expertise: You have architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce). You know how to design data models, build automations, and turn a CRM into a strategic asset.
  • Analytical firepower: You have advanced SQL and a strong command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar).
  • Tech & AI-first thinker: You reach for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before manual fixes, and get excited building automation, tooling, and data flows. You see AI as a core lever and are always exploring new ways to make work faster and smarter.
  • Problem solver: You love tackling complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking, creativity, and a bias for action.
  • Operational mindset: You are relentlessly curious and detail-obsessed. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, equally comfortable in a strategic conversation with leadership and three hours deep in a HubSpot issue.
  • Autonomy: You can own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance.
  • Communication: You explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.

Benefits

  • Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
  • Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year.
  • Top-market compensation
  • Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build
  • Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills
  • Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings
  • Contribution to your ClassPass subscription
  • 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent
  • …and much more, check the full list here!
