E-commerce Virtual Assistant

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, or support platforms. • Handle order concerns, tracking requests, returns, refunds, and general product inquiries. • Deliver professional and customer-focused support to maintain positive customer experiences. • Process and monitor orders through Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. • Update order statuses, tracking information, and customer records. • Coordinate with fulfillment teams or suppliers regarding shipping and delivery concerns. • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images. • Monitor inventory levels and report stock concerns. • Assist with catalog organization and product categorization. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. • Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and workflow tracking. • Support promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives when needed. • Assist with social media scheduling and content posting. • Coordinate basic graphics or marketing assets using Canva or similar tools. • Monitor comments and messages on social platforms when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support or virtual assistance.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic content creation tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Title: National Account Manager - eCommerce Location: USA: Georgia (Remote) Works with Key Decision Makers at assigned accounts (HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com & Menards.com) to develop and implement account strategies to support Pfister growth at respective retailer websites.
