• Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram • Directly manage campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and bid strategies • Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including: Automated flows, Broadcast campaigns, Segmentation, A/B testing • Provide weekly reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns directly
- Proven experience personally managing profitable ad spend of $100K+ USD monthly
- Experience handling paid media for multiple brands simultaneously
- Strong technical understanding of: Campaign scaling, Audience strategy, Budget optimization, Performance analysis
- Practical experience with: Klaviyo, Omnisend, GoHighLevel (GHL), Similar email marketing platforms
- Excellent written English skills (C1/C2 preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

This is a broad, enterprise-shaping leadership role. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Business Banking, serving micro and small businesses across the UK and future European markets. You’ll bring a deep understanding of SMB customers, combining brand-led growth, self-serve acquisition, lifecycle excellence, and commercial rigour to unlock sustainable growth. Reporting into the VP Marketing, whilst working closely with Business Banking’s GM, you will lead and shape how marketing drives impact across the full business line, from awareness to retention, from positioning to performance. This is not a functional GTM or sales enablement role. It is a full-spectrum marketing leadership position for a high-growth B2B (SMB) business area within Monzo.
