• Mentor and upskill our junior team members. • Create processes, documentation and workflows covering campaign best practices, strategy development, and performance optimization. • Ensure a high level of campaign execution by every SEM Specialist. • Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across platforms. • Collaborate with vertical leads gaining thorough understanding of their categories, targets and priorities. • Manage challenges or concerns that arise from the senior team, vertical leads and junior team members. • Keep senior management and vertical leads updated on key opportunities, potential risks and other key factors which affect the growth of their business vertical. • Build and maintain relationships with buy-side partners to ensure paid marketing accounts are healthy and utilizing the best products and strategies available. • Manage your team’s staffing, allocation, and overall capacity. • Delegate responsibilities to ensure that performance goals are delivered and team objectives are met. • Lead team to achieve targeted performance KPIs. • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Utilize data-driven analysis of paid marketing performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement. • Identify trends and insights across paid marketing campaigns to discover areas for campaign growth or improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tracking, data and reporting meet the required needs to allow your team to optimize and scale paid marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 12+years’ experience in SEM working on Google and Microsoft ads.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in managing large scale SEM accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • Ability to develop testing structures and compile deliverables based on performance to the team and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in delivering paid social, native or display campaigns, a plus.
