Technical Sales Specialist

Sartorius

• Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting Sartorius products and services within an assigned geographic territory and customer base • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with overall market and growth strategies • Actively manage, document, and maintain all customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in SFDC as the foundation of sales execution and performance tracking • Analyze SFDC data to identify customer trends, generate insights, and monitor sales performance for assigned accounts • Introduce and actively drive newly launched innovative products and services, ensuring effective market implementation and follow-up • Assess customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend appropriate products and services • Develop and execute account plans, coordinating internal resources in line with defined strategies • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market perception and successfully grow business within accounts • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities within the assigned territory • Continuously assess customer potential and translate opportunities into sustainable business growth • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and partnership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced education considered an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably within laboratory or process-based life science environments
  • Hands-on experience with and proactive use of SFDC or comparable CRM tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented working style with the ability to operate independently and responsibly
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Solid software skills, including Microsoft Office applications
