• Coordinate and implement activities for application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling, and system workflow integration • Be part of a fast-growing expert Informatics Team transforming healthcare delivery • Connect patients with hospitals contributing to healthcare innovation • Serve in a consultative role in project teams for configuring clinical workflows • Develop and execute training programs for clinical users • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for solutions' go-live • Resolve defects related to clinical UI and workflows, mentor customers in system maintenance • Document workflows, facilitate handover to service support, participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a radiology department with a good understanding of radiology workflows
- Experience with RIS
- Radiographer license or PACS administrator experience preferred
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Products
- Application training and/or consulting experience
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Motivated team player with adaptability and great interpersonal skills
- Driving license with flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) and to additional locations across Europe as required
- Standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check required for working in healthcare
