Director, People Operations, Data & Technology
Midi Health
• Design and run the operating system of the Midi Health People team: the people calendar, process documentation, and cadences that allow the function to scale • Build and maintain the infrastructure that creates accountability across the People team — ensuring priorities are clear, progress is tracked, and the team delivers consistently • Own people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation, keeping them current and accessible • Own Midi's workforce planning process: building the data infrastructure and forward-looking org design capability that allows the company to stay ahead of its growth rather than react to it • Build and maintain people analytics capabilities — ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and strong governance across people systems and the full employee lifecycle • Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Translate people data into actionable insights for the VP, People and senior leadership • Own HR systems and tools, including HRIS, benefits administration, and the broader HR tech stack, in partnership with Corporate IT and Product • Drive process optimization across the employee lifecycle — including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding — via improved workflows and technology • Ensure data integrity and governance across all people systems and processes • Lead Midi's AI-forward people strategy: identifying, prioritizing, and implementing automation and AI across people workflows • Model what an AI-native people function looks like — and serve as a thought partner to the broader organization as it builds this capability • Continuously evaluate and introduce tools and approaches that allow the People team to operate with greater speed, quality, and insight • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws, audits, and reporting requirements in partnership with Finance, Legal, and other departments • Own people risk management processes, ensuring the organization is operating within legal and ethical boundaries across all markets • Work closely across the People team — with People Partners, Total Rewards, and Talent — to ensure shared processes are well-designed, documented, and consistently executed • Act as a connector across functions, building alignment between the People team's operating rhythm and the broader company planning cycles
