• Build a detailed knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain solutions portfolio and relevant case studies. • Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate the customer pain points. • Create compelling bespoke solutions to meet the customer need. • Develop a deep understanding and comfort in the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches to support the benefits statement. • Demonstrate success by increasing Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet. • Collaborate with the sales teams, using tools such as whitespace analysis to spotlight high potential customers. • Build strategies to connect with the customer influencers and decision-makers with the objective of achieving 50%+ share of their component spend. • Develop an understanding of Arrow’s financial objectives (EBIT and RoWC) ensuring that any solution design meets the thresholds within an acceptable period. • The maintenance of implemented supply chain solutions to be handed-off to a combination of Sales and Business Process Excellence. • Become the subject matter expert and owner of the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee-for-service portfolio.

• Improves the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis to ensure the company’s supply meets the customers’ demand • Monitors the company’s supply chains, ensuring timely delivery and material costs are within budget • Provides pricing for material estimating under multiple contract types • Supports the entire proposal process from request for proposal (RFP) through the program approval process • Collaborates across multiple functions to prepare and submit first-time quality, compliant, and on-time proposals • Coordinates multiple activities such as sourcing, warehousing, deliveries, and scheduling production • Collects and analyzes sourcing data to reduce costs and increase efficiency • Manages supply chain processes and inventory using material resource planning tools • Analyzes data to identify opportunities for improvement of efficiency, cost reduction and timely delivery of products • Identifies and measures inefficiencies and costs, identifying opportunities to streamline the supply chain

• Understand and define operations current state and use a combination of data analytics and qualitative methods to develop a prioritized set of opportunities and associated defined initiatives to impact operations strategic objectives. • Identify, develop and execute specific opportunities to optimize our operations and supply operations, scope projects and develop action plans to drive them to closure. • Create and implement supply chain strategies, identify key gaps / pain points and critical areas for innovation, supported by corresponding roadmaps • Partner on planning and overseeing strategic process improvements around internal and external supply chain processes • Provide structure, analytical rigor, and executive-ready insights to complex operational and program challenges. • Drive the execution of transformation activities, ensuring recommendations lead to measurable improvements in cost, schedule performance, and operational resilience. • Work within a matrixed team in multiple locations • Developing and presenting strategic solutions and regular progress reports to senior leadership • Ability to travel 5-40%
