Role Description Build the supply chain engine before demand, devices, and customer fulfillment outgrow the current system. Role: Head of Fulfillment & Supply Chain Location: Austin, TX strongly preferred; Dallas or Houston OK Work Type: Texas-based, mostly remote with monthly Austin meetings Pay: $150K-$180K base + equity + benefits Schedule: Full-time startup role; measured by ownership and follow-through Our client is a seed-funded, hardware-enabled health technology startup building a B2B platform across wearable devices, biometric data, and enterprise software. This is the first real owner for fulfillment and supply chain. No polished machine to inherit. You will build the operating system. Qualifications - 7+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or ops - Hardware, electronics, device, or physical product experience - Built process in messy or high-growth environments - Managed global suppliers, vendors, freight, and inventory - Strong ERP, MRP, or inventory systems experience - Able to own the function without a large team Requirements - APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt - PMP or similar project certification - Medical device, biotech, or health tech experience - QMS, FDA, ISO, or regulated-product exposure Benefits - Pay: $150K-$180K base - Equity: meaningful upside tied to company growth - Benefits: medical, dental, vision, and PTO - 401(k) eligibility after 120 days - Company-provided computer and core tools Impact & Growth The company has raised seed capital and is building toward its next major growth stage. The position is responsible for developing analytics solutions for Supply Chain and Operations focused on SIOP. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and validating user requirements, applications, and processes. - Creating solutions in Snowflake and Power BI. - Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify and action opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business improvements. - Leading data-driven initiatives in Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support for data model building across key IPS SIOP Analytics such as forecast accuracy metrics and inventory analytics.
