Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst position plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnord’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment ($2.7 B). The position is responsible for developing analytics solutions for Supply Chain and Operations focused on SIOP. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and validating user requirements, applications, and processes. - Creating solutions in Snowflake and Power BI. - Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify and action opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business improvements. - Leading data-driven initiatives in Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support for data model building across key IPS SIOP Analytics such as forecast accuracy metrics and inventory analytics. Qualifications - BS in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or Engineering.
