Role Description Circana is seeking a strong analytical professional to deliver clear, actionable insights for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role will work in conjunction with the Lead Circana Consultant to translate household-level coffee consumption data and complementary data sources into compelling, story-led insights. These insights inform business decisions, clarify performance and growth opportunities, and drive measurable client impact through strong collaboration and clear communication. This role requires strong analytical expertise, data storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams. Job Responsibilities - Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals. - Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. - Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. - Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers. - Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree a plus. - 2+ years of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), analytics, or consumer insights, with comfort working in the retail and CPG manufacturing space. - Experience with Unify+ preferred. - Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with Consumer Panels, POS, and Customer Data. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. - Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, client-facing environments, supported by clear and effective communication skills. - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability and willingness to travel to client site in Burlington, MA, if requested (1–2 times per year). - Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn quickly, adapting to new tools, processes, and information. We are currently searching for an experienced, results-driven leader to join our growing Sales organization as Director of Channel Sales, North America reporting to the VP | Sales Growth Markets. In this high-impact role, you will own and accelerate LiveU's indirect channel business across the United States and Canada, working with a team to build and manage deep, strategic relationships with our reseller, distributor, VAR, and systems integrator partners. This is a remote position based in North America.
