Sales Leader
Scaled Agile, Inc.
Company Description Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI) is a global training and enablement platform that helps enterprises navigate digital complexity and AI-driven work. Through SAFe® - the world’s most trusted system for enterprise agility - and a growing portfolio of enterprise AI programs, SAI enables organizations to accelerate value delivery, improve flow, and build high-performing teams. Backed by a network of over 400 partners and 2 million trained professionals, SAI provides leaders and teams with the skills and operating systems needed to drive confident transformation. This includes pragmatic guidance on becoming AI-Native to unlock ROI where traditional initiatives stall. Job Description About the Role As we evolve and transform our approach to sales, the company is seeking a Sales Leader who knows how to build, coach, and grow high-performing sales teams. You will not be making sales yourself, instead this role asks you to be deeply involved with your team via guidance, coaching, mentorship, and support. You'll lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the full sales lifecycle. Our AEs own both new logo pipeline generation and the health and expansion of our customer relationships. We also work with global Partners to grow and care for our customer business, so the team maintains strong, strategic connections with these external collaborators. Qualifications What You'll Do - Lead & Coach: Manage and develop a team of Account Executives. Actively join calls, review communications, and provide real-time coaching to drive accountability and professional growth. Celebrate successes and foster a unified and collaborative team environment. - Drive Outbound Pipeline: Build and execute a disciplined outbound prospecting motion. Leverage sales engagement tools (Outreach/SalesLoft) and data to optimize sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn. - Grow Account & Partner Relationships: Oversee account management strategies to maximize retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction. - Own Forecasts & Pipeline: Maintain full visibility into team activity and pipeline health. Use CRM data and Gong to manage opportunities, identify deal risks early, and ensure forecasting accuracy. What We're Looking For - Experience: Proven track record building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams (both new business and account management). Expertise with modern sales tech stacks (Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong/Chorus, and CRMs) and a history of building adaptable sales playbooks. - Skills & Approach: Deep fluency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) with rigorous opportunity qualification discipline. - Leadership Style: A data-driven leader with exceptional coaching instincts, a resilient mindset, and the ability to navigate conflict and energize a team. Additional Information Where you’ll be working: This role requires you to be located in the United States. We proudly support a collaborative remote environment for our globally distributed teammates, while also using our Boulder, CO office as a resource when needed. #LI-Remote Compensation: Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual on-target compensation range for this role is $221,000 - $258,000, including base salary and any related variable compensation. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, industry knowledge, certifications, and location. All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Wondering if you should apply? As a company that helps organizations embrace and turn change into opportunity, we’re looking for teammates with diverse experiences who thrive on applying their knowledge in new ways. You don’t need to meet every listed qualification to apply. If you’re motivated by an iterative approach to growth, learning, collaboration, and relentless improvement, we want to hear from you. Work Differently. Build the Future.
