What You'll Do - Help generate a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers within Japan's top enterprise organizations. - Conduct thoughtful research and personalize outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, and field events. - Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities. - Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns that reflect Nexthink's value and relevance in the Japanese market. - Contribute ideas to localize and improve go-to-market strategies. - Clearly articulate Nexthink's value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications What You Bring - Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal). - A university degree in business, communications, or related field-or relevant work experience in sales or business development. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
