• Develop and execute partnership strategies for key markets in the region • Manage relationships with IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, fund managers, and strategic partners • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the partner network • Support commercial negotiations and maintain strong long-term partner relationships • Coordinate with marketing, sales, compliance, and support teams to ensure an excellent partner experience • Monitor partner performance through key metrics such as trading volume, active clients, and revenues • Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to strengthen the partner ecosystem • Stay updated on trading industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to improve partnership strategies
