Role Description Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a SAP Cloud Integration Engineer to join its innovative team. - Design and implement complex iFlows using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) across the full project lifecycle. - Develop custom logic and transformations utilizing Groovy scripting and XSLT for advanced data mapping. - Architect event-driven and API-led solutions using SAP Event Mesh and API Management. - Manage end-to-end security for integrations, including OAuth 2.0 configuration and Keystore management. - Integrate and optimize connections between S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CX using modern protocols (OData, REST, JMS). - Monitor and govern integration health and performance via SAP CALM. Qualifications - Experienced developer for application integration using SAP Integration Suite. - Hands-on experience with cloud integration projects across the design, implementation, and operations phases. - Experience with common integration protocols and standards (SOAP, REST, ODATA, RFC, IDOC, JMS). - Knowledge of Groovy specifically within the context of SAP Integration Suite. - Proficiency in XML and XSLT. - Experience using API Management and Event Mesh. - Experience with OAuth 2.0 and certificate management within Integration Suite. Requirements - Configuration of standard integrations in S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CX products. - Operation of integration flows via SAP CALM.

Role Description We are currently seeking an EPIC ODB Engineer / Architect - Remote to join our team in PLANO, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). An Epic Operational Database Engineer or Architect (ODBA) is responsible for the core Epic database infrastructure, which includes Chronicles (Epic’s proprietary hierarchical database) and its integration with other database systems like Clarity and Caboodle. This role is highly technical and foundational, ensuring that Epic’s backend databases are performant, scalable, and stable. Chronicles Database Architecture and Maintenance: - Design, configure, and maintain Epic’s Chronicles database structures. - Ensure proper setup of master files, globals, and networked storage to support optimal performance and data integrity. - Work with Epic’s tools and guidelines to manage data growth and optimize storage layout. Performance Tuning and Monitoring: - Continuously monitor the operational database for performance bottlenecks (CPU, I/O, cache hit rates). - Analyze and optimize global builds, journaling, indexes, and data access patterns. - Collaborate with Epic TS (Technical Services) and ECSA teams to fine-tune system performance. Upgrades, Environment Builds, and Data Refreshes: - Manage and support Chronicles data refreshes, including copying environments (e.g., PRD to TST/DEV) while ensuring data integrity. - Participate in and support Epic upgrades and versioning processes from the backend/database side. - Architect and automate database components of environment buildouts. Data Integration and Interoperability Support: - Ensure seamless data flow between Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle, and third-party systems. - Support tools like Bridges, Interconnect, Cloverleaf, and Beaker that depend on efficient and secure database interactions. Qualifications - 7–10+ years of experience supporting Epic as an ODBA, DBA, or database architect. - Epic certifications in Chronicles, ODBA, or related technical modules (e.g., Cache/IRIS). - 7–10+ years of deep expertise with InterSystems Caché/IRIS, including globals, journaling, shadowing, and performance tuning. - 7–10+ years of strong understanding of Epic architecture, including Hyperspace, Interconnect, Web Blob, and ancillary systems. - 7–10+ years of proficiency with Linux/UNIX administration and shell scripting. - 7–10+ years of experience with high-availability architectures, clustering, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization. - 7–10+ years of strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, high-volume clinical systems. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud-based Epic deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, or infrastructure-as-code. - Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana). - Background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or EHR modernization initiatives. - Experience leading major Epic upgrades, migrations, or performance remediation projects.
