Land Manager
Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (ENLT)
• Identify, conduct outreach (including cold calls & letter campaigns) and establish relationships with list of targeted landowners/developers to secure viable land for project sites and easements. • Negotiate, draft, and review agreements containing favorable business terms for a wide variety of transaction documentation including purchase options, lease options, lease agreements, transmission lines, access roads, and right of way easements. • Work independently to build trust with prospective landowners. • Perform high level analysis and review of title, zoning, floodplain, easements, leases, permitting fees, entitlement process, and other site-specific considerations. • Advise on any fatal flaws or issues that may prohibit acquisition or development. • Assist in providing advice and guidance to Land Specialists to guide them through the acquisition process. • Document all pertinent communications with landowners in database system and organize all information using prescribed methods. • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables. • Coordinate with legal counsel and contracts department to complete lease, purchase and easement documents. • Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, land management, finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer relationships.
- Technology: Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat Adobe; familiar with ArcGIS, Landgate, Spotfire, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs.
- Skills/Attributes:
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-value land contracts with multiple landowners.
- Working knowledge of Tax Maps, Topo Maps and Property Deeds.
- Ability to gather concise data and understand project requirements to effectively complete a task.
- Skilled in solving team disagreements, promoting cooperation and keeping internal and external work relationships collaborative.
- Managing multiple high priority relationships strategically.
- Highly skilled in explaining complex details clearly, ensuring everyone on the team understands.
- Self-motivated with ability to work aggressively in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Travel: Up to 25%

Role Description The Registered Nurse Case Manager is a key member of AptiHealth’s Case Management and Medication Management programs, supporting both patients and providers across the care continuum. The Oil and Pipeline AgencyThe Oil & Pipelines Agency is a Public Corporation formed by the Oil and Pipelines Act 1985. Our current primary purpose is to manage, operate and maintain 6 Naval OFD’s (Oil Fuel Depots) and 1 Petroleum Storage Depot in the UK, as well as overseas, on behalf of the MOD. We currently have around 200 employees in the UK.
Role Description We are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager, to primarily cover Scotland. Although they may also cover England on occasions. Therefore the successful candidate will need to be based in Scotland. This newly created role will work collaboratively with the Health, Safety & Deputy Security Manager to implement the strategic and operational delivery of occupational Health and Safety across the organisation, predominately those depots in Scotland. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement of the Agency’s Health & Safety performance, developing, and maintaining effective safety systems, and promoting a positive safety culture. The post-holder will provide expert guidance and leadership in occupational health and safety matters, ensuring legal compliance, supporting behavioural safety initiatives, and promoting workforce well-being in line with OPA’s organisational values. As the OPA operates within the Major Accident Hazard industry, delivering and overseeing safety-critical activities, operating in a COMAH regulated environment, the Health & Safety Manager (North) will work closely with: - Depot Managers - Operations - Engineering - Projects - The Executive team The ability to liaise with people of differing levels, both externally and internally, ranging from the Competent Authority (HSE/EA/SEPA) to OPA Management and site operatives, is essential. The post-holder will act as a source of competent health and safety advice, in the implementation of the Agency’s Safety Management System (SMS). As regular travel with some overnight stays will be a feature of this role, candidates will need to have a full (preferably clean) driving licence.
