Role Description As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will provide administrative, clinical support, scheduling, and coordination of member services for a collaborative behavioral health team that includes psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for patients and parents/caregivers, helping to engage, educate, and support members throughout their care journey to encourage retention in treatment and adherence to care plans. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual care environment. Role Description The Registered Nurse Case Manager is a key member of AptiHealth’s Case Management and Medication Management programs, supporting both patients and providers across the care continuum.
