Solar Regional Manager

• Lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind assets. • Establish and execute standardized operating procedures and a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency, output, and profitability. • Oversee and optimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Maintenance Management Systems to support best-in-class operations. • Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial agreements, risk mitigation strategies, and performance objectives. • Lead the management and negotiation of operational contracts, including service agreements and vendor relationships. • Design and evolve the operations organization to support growth and scalability of the renewable energy portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the utility or energy industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed assets, including operations, maintenance, performance optimization, and outage management.
- Experience in wind, solar, geothermal, gas generation, or related energy technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

The RNCM collaborates with members to create a care plan and oversees progress to the plan, frequently reassessing needs while moving members toward clinical program and pathway graduation. The RNCM coordinates closely with both the integrated Cityblock Care Team as well as external providers and community partners. This role is a Hybrid Role supporting our Triad area of North Carolina. Key Responsibilities - Receives members from the engagement and central teams, clearly communicating program expectations, including duration and goals. - Completes self-efficacy and condition-specific screeners during the assessment and intake phase, along with behavioral health screeners like PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT, and DAST-10 to identify behavioral health needs.
