Role Description Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional vous êtes en charge de : - Visiter les clients, développer les ventes et accroitre la part de marché UPSA. - Organiser et respecter un plan de tournée pour visiter les clients selon une fréquence définie. - Gérer un niveau de stock optimal chez les clients quel que soit le canal de distribution. - Défendre et mettre en place la stratégie commerciale et marketing d'UPSA. - Contrôler et permettre la bonne utilisation des actions de Trade marketing au travers de conseils prodigués aux pharmacies (pose de PLV, recommandations merchandising). - Evaluer le potentiel et les attentes des pharmacies et adapter une bonne gestion de son temps en lien avec le CA réalisable par point de vente. - Accompagner et contribuer au développement des pharmacies révélant un potentiel prometteur. - Etablir systématiquement un contact avec l'équipe officinale. - Saisir les données clients dans le CRM. - Assurer un reporting structuré à sa hiérarchie. - Porter l'image de l'entreprise et assurer la qualité de la relation clients/fournisseurs en respectant les engagements mutuels. Qualifications - Issu(e) d'une formation commerciale. - 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente (industrie pharmaceutiques ou GMS). - Bonne compréhension des enjeux sell-in sell-out. - Orienté(e) résultats et le dépassement d'objectifs et de soi. - A l'aise avec les chiffres (calcul de marge, TVA). Requirements - Organisé(e) et structuré(e). - Soigne votre présentation. - Enthousiaste avec une grande capacité de travail. - Autonome et responsable de la bonne gestion de vos UGA/secteur géographique.
