Role Description The Head of Brand Operations sits on the leadership team and owns the operational execution of the brand programs. You report to the CEO and own a function with real impact on the business. What you'll own: - Drive on-time, high-quality product launches across the brand portfolio. - Own every new product launch from kickoff to live, on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and every channel served. - Lead launch kickoff meetings, weekly status check-ins, and post-launch reviews to capture what worked and what to improve. - Coordinate with the Catalog, Creative, Advertising, and Finance teams, brand partners, and any external partners involved in each launch. - Anticipate problems early and surface blockers before they become delays. - Build and own the company's operating system. - Document every process you touch. - Build the operating manual that lets the company scale. - Implement the tools and systems that make the team more efficient. - Lead cross-functional execution of channel expansion and strategic initiatives. - Own the project planning and execution of new channel launches, brand growth projects, and portfolio initiatives. - Evaluate and contract outsourced specialist partners. - Report performance weekly to the leadership team. Qualifications - 5+ years running project management or operations at an ecommerce brand, brand accelerator, Amazon agency, or DTC company. - Track record coordinating multiple internal teams and external partners to ship work on time. - Strong administrative spine, exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. - A documenter's instinct, you build SOPs and operating manuals as a habit. - Ownership mentality, you take full responsibility for the outcomes of your role. - Deep proficiency with Excel, project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar), and managing data across databases and tools. - Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work and support the team. - Strong written and verbal communication. Requirements - A track record of building something from nothing, turning ambiguity into structure and creating systems where none existed. - You are a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in environments where the playbook hasn't been written yet. - Experience growing alongside a company as it scaled from a small team to a larger one.
