Role Description We are looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist to join a client team at a leading Amazon-focused agency. This is a junior role suited to someone who is already familiar with Amazon Ads and wants to develop their skills across a real account portfolio. You will work under the direction of a Client Account Manager and a Senior Advertising Manager, managing live campaigns across multiple marketplaces from day one. Responsibilities - Manage PPC campaigns across approximately 10 accounts on 6 Amazon marketplaces - Monitor and optimize campaigns covering roughly 200 active campaigns and £60k in monthly ad spend - Work within Pacvue to execute daily advertising tasks and pull performance data - Communicate updates and flag issues consistently to senior stakeholders - Maintain clear, organized notes from calls and internal communications - Coordinate tasks across Google and Microsoft Workspace tools Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) - Familiarity with Pacvue or willingness to become proficient quickly - Data-oriented mindset with attention to detail in campaign reporting - Strong written and spoken English - Reliable note-taking habits and organized working style - Comfortable taking direction and working within a defined structure - Previous agency experience is a plus - Based in Serbia Requirements - Full-time contractor role - Remote (Serbia-based) - 6-month contract with a probation period - Monthly invoicing Selection Process - Initial screening interview with the eHigher Talent team - Technical assessment covering Amazon Ads and Pacvue - Interview with the client team focusing on communication style and working approach - Reference checks - Final decision and offer

Role Description The Head of Brand Operations sits on the leadership team and owns the operational execution of the brand programs. You report to the CEO and own a function with real impact on the business. What you'll own: - Drive on-time, high-quality product launches across the brand portfolio. - Own every new product launch from kickoff to live, on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and every channel served. - Lead launch kickoff meetings, weekly status check-ins, and post-launch reviews to capture what worked and what to improve. - Coordinate with the Catalog, Creative, Advertising, and Finance teams, brand partners, and any external partners involved in each launch. - Anticipate problems early and surface blockers before they become delays. - Build and own the company's operating system. - Document every process you touch. - Build the operating manual that lets the company scale. - Implement the tools and systems that make the team more efficient. - Lead cross-functional execution of channel expansion and strategic initiatives. - Own the project planning and execution of new channel launches, brand growth projects, and portfolio initiatives. - Evaluate and contract outsourced specialist partners. - Report performance weekly to the leadership team. Qualifications - 5+ years running project management or operations at an ecommerce brand, brand accelerator, Amazon agency, or DTC company. - Track record coordinating multiple internal teams and external partners to ship work on time. - Strong administrative spine, exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. - A documenter's instinct, you build SOPs and operating manuals as a habit. - Ownership mentality, you take full responsibility for the outcomes of your role. - Deep proficiency with Excel, project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar), and managing data across databases and tools. - Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work and support the team. - Strong written and verbal communication. Requirements - A track record of building something from nothing, turning ambiguity into structure and creating systems where none existed. - You are a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in environments where the playbook hasn't been written yet. - Experience growing alongside a company as it scaled from a small team to a larger one.
