Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Supply Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient operational procurement processes across multiple IT categories. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, IT teams, and external vendors to support timely purchasing, invoice processing, and payment operations within our ERP environment. You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or remotely in Europe. - Manage IT-related procurement requests and invoice processing within ERP/procurement systems. - Ensure timely approvals, payment coordination, and accurate documentation. - Monitor procurement tickets, payment statuses, and operational workflows to maintain service efficiency. - Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and vendors to resolve operational issues and streamline processes. - Support vendor onboarding and maintain procurement-related records and compliance. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply operations. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in IT Operations, Procurement Operations, Supply Operations, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement management systems. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - High attention to detail and a structured, results-driven approach. - Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. - Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
